BELOIT – Adams Publishing Group has named Todd Colling general manager of the Antigo Daily Journal and (Marinette) EagleHerald, the company announced Tuesday.
Colling has served as general manager of the Beloit Daily News since summer 2019, when APG purchased the newspaper. He succeeded longtime publisher and Wisconsin Newspaper Hall of Fame member Kent Eymann, who retired in July 2019.
The move is a homecoming of sorts for Colling, who grew up in Marinette. He is a graduate of Marinette High School and what was then known as UW-Marinette.

Colling’s father, Dennis Colling, served as publisher in Marinette for more than 20 years before retiring from the EagleHerald in 2009. Colling delivered newspapers growing up and later worked in the newsroom before serving as circulation district manager under his father.
Between his time in Marinette and Beloit, Colling spent time at The (Janesville) Gazette and The (Fond du Lac) Reporter. He became circulation director for the Daily News in 1999 before moving up to advertising director in 2004 and director of business development in 2011.
