Taylor Scott is the co-owner, publisher and managing editor of Valley Sentinel, an independent regional news publication in Spring Green, Wisconsin. Since its founding in 2020, Valley Sentinel has earned multiple awards, including Best in Division E at the 2022 Wisconsin Newspaper Association awards.

With a background in government, marketing and public relations, Scott has developed broad experience in newsroom management, investigative journalism, media relations and digital strategy. He currently serves on the nonprofit board of a Frank Lloyd Wright-designed building dedicated to education and community enrichment.

Scott is passionate about strengthening local journalism to foster informed, engaged communities.
