Mildred Pearl Radde was the owner of Monroe County Publishers and former publisher of the Sparta Herald. She died in January 1999 at age 86.
She married Donald Paul Radde in 1935. When he died in 1966, she became publisher of the Herald, serving in that capacity for a number of years.
