Federal appeals court issues stay in tariff cases

The News/Media Alliance said the decision recently issued by The Court of International Trade (CIT) was temporarily stayed by the U.S. Appeals Court for the Federal Circuit on May 29, allowing the tariffs to continue to apply while it considers Trump’s appeal.
