About the presenter: Dustin Miller is a member of the Governmental Affairs Department at Nyemaster Goode, P.C. His law practice is primarily focused on representing clients as a lobbyist at the Iowa Legislature and with agencies of the State of Iowa but also practices law in the areas of environmental and water quality, municipal law and economic development. Prior to moving to Nyemaster, he was the General Counsel for the Iowa League of Cities after serving two years as the Director of Government Affairs. He was primarily responsible for the League’s state legislative activities and providing legal guidance to member cities. This work included federal and state regulatory work on environmental compliance issues, such as compliance with the Clean Water Act and Endangered Species Act.
