Elaina Sanders joined the staff of the Banner Journal on June 17 in the role as editor/news reporter. Sanders will be covering local government, school districts and community events.
She attend Mount Mercy University in Cedar Rapids, IA, and worked at the college’s newspaper. She lives in Melrose area with her husband and daughter.
