The State Open Government Hall of Fame, whose inductees are called “heroes of the states,” was established in 2003. Including this year’s class, the Hall of Fame has honored 25 members from 22 states. Lueders is the first inductee from Wisconsin.
The ceremony is a part of the NFOIC’s 2021 National FOI Summit, which will be held virtually Sept. 28 to 30.
