Vivian M. Craig, who with her husband owned and operated The Wauzeka Chief and Kickapoo Scout newspapers, was born March 15, 1903, in Woodlawn County, Iowa.
Vivian and Dawald Craig married Oct. 24, 1930, in Webster, S.D. After relocating to Wisconsin, they published the Chief and Scout in Wauzeka for 60 years.
Craig died Aug. 15, 1994, in Boscobel. She was 91.
