Muriel T. Brandt, wife of former Wisconsin Press Association manager Romain C. Brandt, died Aug. 3, 1995, in River Falls. She was 74 years old.
Brandt assisted her husband throughout his years in the newspaper business. Prior to leading the Press Association, Romain Brandt was assistant publisher of The (Plymouth) Review, publisher of the (Frederic) Inter-County Leader, owner, editor and publisher of the Berlin Journal and advertising manager for the Platteville Journal.
