Presidential debates poll results now available

Readers visiting WNA member websites from Oct. 1 to 7 were asked whether they would continue to watch the remaining presidential debates after the first was widely considered a disaster. Out of 243 respondents, 62% said they planned to continue watching or give it at least one more chance. Thirty-two percent of respondents said they had either seen enough or never planned to watch the debates.

  • Yes, I plan to watch the remaining debates: 43% (105)
  • Yes, I will give it at least one more chance: 19% (45)
  • No, I’ve seen all I need to see in the first debate: 15% (36)
  • No, I never planned to watch the debates: 17% (42)
  • Undecided: 6% (15)
