Northern Aged Iron Tractor & Threshing Show
Calling lovers of history, antique machinery, tractors, and all things farming! We’ve got the perfect event for you: the Northern Aged Iron Tractor & Threshing Show. Located in Highbridge, Wisconsin, this event of over 20 years is a Northwoods tradition you won’t want to miss, so be sure to mark your calendars for September 19th and 20th!
The Northern Aged Iron Tractor & Threshing Show offers something for everyone to love. Looking for a day full of learning, fun games, events, or raffles, or more? Look no further! It all takes place at the Northern Aged Iron Show Grounds (38565 State Highway 13, Highbridge, Wisconsin, 54846).
When you arrive at the Show Grounds, you’ll be greeted with big smiles, a warm welcome, and an array of fun-filled activities for the whole family! For the adults, be sure to take part in the tractor raffle, where you just might win the featured tractor of the year—if you’re lucky. And all ages will love the infamous tractor roll, sawmill, and blacksmith shop. There are also crashing demonstrations and binding lessons—and trust us, they’re must-sees!
Now, especially for the kids, participate (or watch) in the pedal tractor race, scavenger hunt, plus more! After all the fun festivities, stop by the food booth to refuel. Later on, unwind by the campfire, listen to live music, or simply enjoy the camaraderie of the Northern Aged Iron community. Thanks to the army of generational volunteers, this event continues to bring smiles to each and every visitor.

Warrens Cranberry Festival
Another beloved Wisconsin tradition awaits this fall, and it’s one of the state’s most colorful, flavorful, and downright fun celebrations. It’s none other than Warrens Cranberry Festival, starting September 25th and running through the 27th! Every year, this small town of just over 500 people transforms into the world’s largest cranberry festival, drawing massive crowds (and smiles) for more than 50 years.
More than 130,000 visitors come to Warrens! It began with a handful of haywagons and has grown into an impressive three-day event stretching three miles, with over 1,400 booths filled with handmade crafts, local art, and lots of cranberry treats!
It’s the official kickoff to cranberry season, and you can taste it in every bite, from cream puffs and syrup to ice cream and even cranberries on a stick. None of it would be possible without the incredible volunteers who plan, prepare, and make it all happen. Come once, and you’ll understand why this bright, berry-filled weekend is a Wisconsin tradition you’ll never forget.
