Wisconsin State Journal Executive Editor Kelly Lecker moderated a special March 19 Women in Business panel in recognition of National Women’s Month at Two Brothers in Edgerton.

The event featured a discussion with invited panelists Dane County Civil Rights Manager Theola Carter, ActionCOACH President Susan Thomson, Wisconsin Newspaper Association Executive Director Beth Bennett, Wisconsin Youth Symphony Orchestra Executive Director Michelle Kaebisch and Forward Janesville President and CEO Shar Hermanson.

While the panel highlighted the achievements and perspectives of women in leadership, the insights shared resonated broadly, offering valuable takeaways for anyone interested in professional development, entrepreneurship, or community leadership.
