Afterwards, warm up with a cup of hot cocoa by the bonfire!

A burst of color brightens the Northwoods in Woodruff, where a festive community fireworks show lights up the night. Bundle up, grab a warm drink, and enjoy a vibrant display that brings the whole town together.

Stevens Point – Children’s Museum New Year’s Celebration

Stevens Point is the place for kid-friendly fun, offering lively activities, crafts, and an early countdown at the Central Wisconsin Children’s Museum. You can watch the balloon drop at 12:00 pm. It’s the perfect spot for families looking to let little ones celebrate without staying up until midnight.

Wisconsin Dells – Noon Drop

Up in Door County, Sister Bay celebrates with its beloved Cherry Drop. As the oversized glowing cherry lowers over Husby’s, locals and visitors gather for bonfires, live music, and a true Door County-style countdown.

Eau Claire – Brewery New Year’s Party

Eau Claire turns up the energy with brewery-hosted New Year’s parties featuring craft beer, live music, and festive atmospheres. It’s a lively, welcoming way to toast the new year in one of Wisconsin’s most creative cities.
