Wisconsin Community Papers would like to help each of its member publications ring in the New Year by offering a paid, WCP-sponsored advertising campaign.
During the first quarter of 2026 (January, February and March), each WCP publication will have the opportunity to publish up to eight house ads that support Wisconsin Community Newspapers.
In order to participate, it is required that each WCP paper be listed in the WCP member directory.
Please review YOUR WCP directory information to see if ALL of your publications are listed. If they are not and you plan to participate in the ad campaign, you MUST complete the WCP Contact Form identifying ALL of the papers that you wish to have listed as a member of the WCP.
Your paper(s) must be listed in the WCP Directory in order to receive compensation for running the promotional advertising.

Members will be paid $200 per ad, not to exceed $1,600 for participation in the campaign.
To be paid for publishing the ads WCP member must also be uploading the digital pages of the paper(s) to the Wisconsin Newspaper Archive on a weekly basis. The uploads will be used to verify the publication of the WCP ads. The ads must appear in eight separate editions of the paper. Each WCP paper has a previously emailed upload code to the Newspaper Archive.
