It’s time to update your ad rates on file for 2026!
Customized Newspaper Advertising (CNA) is the sales affiliate of the Wisconsin Newspaper Association, Wisconsin Community Papers (WCP) and their members. As partners in making print and digital solutions a smart and easy option for advertisers, CNA needs your current rates on file.
CNA on Dec. 8 sent an email with a Newspaper Rate Information Form. Please submit your ad rate changes/updates by Friday, Dec. 19, 2025 for CNA placement purposes.
Each year CNA ask papers to update rates, specs, deadlines and production details for print and digital advertising. CNA uses this information to quickly develop proposals and estimates for clients. It’s critical data that makes it possible for CNA to sell and send advertising to WNA members.
Rates provided will be valid Jan. 1 – Dec. 31, 2026. If new rates are not received, CNA will use rates on file from 2025.
