The office that houses the New London Press Star, Buyers’ Guide, Clintonville Tribune-Gazette and Shoppers’ Guide at 301 S. Pearl Street, will close as of Nov. 17, 2025.
A story in the Nov. 13, 2025 Clintonville Tribune-Gazette outlined the changes. According to the story:
Dave Wood, director of Operations and Distribution for Multi Media Channels LLC, said closing the office would not disrupt delivery of the papers. The Press Star, Buyers’ Guide, Tribune Gazette and Shoppers’ Guide will continue publication each week as usual.
“MMC decided to close the office after evaluating all of our office and warehouse space in Waupaca County,” Wood said. “COVID-19 impacted how much office space was needed as many employees remained working from home. Advances in technology has allowed for this work force flexibility for employees.”
“We thank the New London community for their long-standing support of our physical office space,” Wood added, “and look forward to continuing to serve you through our remaining channels.”
MMC’s Waupaca office will continue to serve readers and walk-in clients, offering services such as placing classified advertisements, submitting payments, and discussing subscription or delivery needs. The office is located at 970 Furman Drive in Waupaca.
