Wrightstown Area Spirit closes office location

The Times-Villager Newspaper Group is joining the movement of employees working from home beginning Friday, Nov. 7, according to a story in the Wrightstown Area Spirit’s Nov. 5, 2025 edition.

“Readers of the Wrightstown Area Spirit and Times-Villager will see NO CHANGES to the newspapers we produce every week. The only changes are where we do the production and that we will no longer have a storefront office in Kaukauna,” editor Brian Roebke wrote.

Roebke said traffic in the office on Crooks Avenue has dwindled and closing the office “will save a considerable amount of money” in rent, heating and air conditioning costs. He said the physical address for the newspaper will no longer be on Crooks Avenue.

Copies of the Wrightstown Area Spirit are available at Dick’s Family Foods and the Times-Villager is available on newsstands. Times-Villager newsstand locations are Piggly Wiggly, Walgreens, and Moto Mart in Kaukauna; Kwik Trip in Kimberly; and Piggly Wiggly and Walgreens in Little Chute.

Roebke remains available directly by phone at 920-585-3563, reporter Daniel Schoettler will be available at 920-262-8292 and business advertising rep Kim Reynebeau will be available at 920-428-7813. All staff email addresses will remain the same along with its website and Facebook pages.

The group’s post office box will stay the same — PO Box 229, Kaukauna WI 54130.

“My office on Crooks Avenue has a great view of drywall,” Roebke wrote, “but I will now have a window to the world all day long!”
