The Wisconsin Newspaper Association is asking publishers if they have already received correspondence from the US Postal Service for their 2025 Statement of Ownership, which is usually due Oct. 1 of each calendar year.
At least one rural publisher has received an email request from a USPS representative asking for the Statement of Ownership PS 3526 to “try to get an early start on these this year.” The request indicates that the Statement of Ownership is due Oct. 1, but asks for it to be submitted to his local post office “at your earliest convenience.”
