The Ashland Daily Press recently announced that Tom Stankard has been named interim editor.
“By naming Tom the interim editor, we want to show the community our confidence in his ability to continue shepherding the paper through this transition,” an item in the Feb. 13 issue stated.
Stankard, who has been with ADP since November 2021, will continue to work closely with Eau Claire Leader-Telegram editor Matt Milner, who also works as northern Wisconsin regional editor for Adams Publishing Group.
