The Center for Integrity in News Reporting is seeking entries for its second annual $100,000 of Awards in News Reporting Contest. Entries for 2024 are due Jan. 31, 2025.
The awards are given in the spirit of former New York Times and Chatanooga Times publisher Adolph Ochs’ adage, “To give the news impartially, without fear or favor . . .”
Prizes of $25,000 each will be given for the most fair, impartial, objective news reporting “that has the courage to not fear and the discipline not to favor” in print, broadcast, television and digital reporting categories.
Entries should be sent to https://bit.ly/CFINR2025
The contest will be judged by Newspaper Association Managers.
