An Oct. 8 election law forum presented by the Knight Election Law Forum: Wisconsin, a collaboration of the Knight Foundation, the American Bar Association’s Task Force for American Democracy and University of Wisconsin Law School, is now available online.
Panelists Dean Dan Tokaji from the University of Wisconsin Law School; Patrick Marley, from The Washington Post; and Professor Robert Yablon, State Democracy Research Initiative at UW Law participated in the forum moderated by Anya van Wagtendonk of Wisconsin Public Radio.
The purpose of the forum is to equip journalists with practical, nonpartisan, fact-based knowledge on election law to better inform their communities in the lead-up to the 2024 elections and beyond.
