Alyssa Brooks joins Hometown News as a sports reporter for the Waunakee, Sun Prairie, DeForest, Lodi and Poynette high schools.
Brooks graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a degree in journalism. Since college, her background has been in sports. She interned for the Lakeshore Chinooks and Lake Country Dockhounds baseball teams in their media department.
