Caden Perry has joined the La Crosse Tribune newsroom as a general assignment reporter.
Perry is from Portland, Oregon, where he recently completed a photojournalism internship with Oregon Public Broadcasting. He is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a double bachelor’s degree in journalism and public relations with a focus in multimedia.
Perry worked as a freelance videographer and photographer while in college and during his senior year was accepted to the Charles Snowden Program for Excellence in Journalism his final year, which provided him with the opportunity to cover Portland city government, climate change and housing issues.
