Andrew Ringgold, owner of Aringo Photos, has been named sports editor of the (Prairie du Chien) Courier Press, the newspaper announced.
A native of Philadelphia, Ringgold received a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. He served in the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Army, where he specialized in intelligence, electronic warfare/combat and air defense as a P.A.T.R.I.O.T. missile commander.
Following his career in the military, he joined BNSF Railways as a senior manager in 1999. In 2010, he was named VP of Business Development for Hammer Down Delivery Services. The following year, he was named VP of of Sales for MW Logistics. He joined Mike Tamana Freight Lines as Chief Operating Officer in 2016 and Arrive Logistics in 2017.
He’s also founder of the Aringo Grand Alliance, which provides opportunities to home-educated youth and their family members.
