Milwaukee Press Club honors 2022 Media Hall of Fame inductees

George Stanley, vice president of the WNA board of directors and Scott Peterson, president of the WNA Foundation represented the WNA at the Milwaukee Press Club’s 2022 Media Hall of Fame ceremony on Friday, Oct. 14.

The Wisconsin Newspaper Association was presenting sponsor of the event that saw the following inductees honored:

“This year the Milwaukee Press Club has chosen a group of inductees who have made remarkable contributions to local journalism. Through their work they have informed their audiences while making Milwaukee a better place. We thank them for inspiring a new generation of journalists,” said Corrinne Hess, press club president and Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reporter.

The Milwaukee Press Club, founded in 1885, is the oldest continuously operating press club in North America. Proceeds from Milwaukee Press Club programming benefit the MPC Endowment, Ltd., and its scholarship fund.
