The Wisconsin Newspaper Association Foundation Board of Directors has two new members — Richard E. Brown and Richard Lee. The appointments were unanimously approved Thursday during a joint meeting of the WNA, WNA Foundation and WNA Services boards.

Brown, of Milwaukee, is the senior director of retention for The Daily Beast. He previously served as director of renewals and digital sales strategy at LPi, director of digital operations and sales at the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel and the head of digital subscriber churn for USA TODAY NETWORK-Wisconsin. In 2017, he was named a News Media Alliance Rising Star.

Lee, of Ellsworth, is president of the Inter-County Cooperative Publishing Association. Founded in 1933, the ICCPA publishes the (Frederic) Inter-County Leader and five shoppers. Lee has more than 36 years of experience in the printing industry.
