Ross McDuffie, president of Madison Media Partners and publisher of the Wisconsin State Journal, is the newest member of the Wisconsin Newspaper Association Board of Directors.
McDuffie was appointed to the board during its quarterly meeting Thursday, March 24, at The Madison Club. He replaces Chris White, who formerly served as publisher of the State Journal.

Madison Media Partners is owned by Lee Enterprises and The Capital Times Company. Formerly known as Capital Newspapers, it rebranded in October. The company publishes the State Journal, The Capital Times, Baraboo News Republic, (Beaver Dam) Daily Citizen, Juneau County Star-Times, Portage Daily Register and Wisconsin Dells Events.
McDuffie has been with the company since August 2020, previously serving as vice president of sales and marketing. In his role as president, McDuffie serves as the senior operational leader and chief revenue executive of Madison Media Partners.
