An Osseo native and UW-Oshkosh graduate, Jensen’s newspaper experience dates to her high school days. Her father, Michael Jensen, owned the (Osseo) Tri-County News and Augusta Area Times, and after college, Jensen returned home to work at the two weekly newspapers. She learned the business side of newspapering and later served as editor until her father sold the papers.
Jensen takes over the role previously held by Ryan Urban, who now serves as editor of the Barron News-Shield.
