MADISON – The University of Wisconsin-Madison has partnered with the Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting to support one student journalist in covering an international story.
The $5,000 fellowship can be used to pay for the cost of travel and for incidentals in the field. Pulitzer Center staff will also offer professional mentorship.
UW-Madison undergraduates at the rank of “junior” or higher, as well as graduate students, are eligible. A major in journalism is not required.
Applications are due March 31.
Staff members from the Pulitzer Center will be available from 4:15 to 5 p.m. on Jan 27 at UW-Madison for an info session on the fellowship.
