MILWAUKEE – Amanda Stellberg, a Wisconsin native who spent three years working in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles, has joined The Daily Reporter advertising staff in Milwaukee.
After starting her position as a multimedia sales executive last month, Stellberg was introduced to Daily Reporter readers in Friday’s newspaper. Despite having good luck finding work in comedy, Stellberg found life in Los Angeles too expensive and “just missed Wisconsin.”
Stellberg graduated from Greendale High School in the Milwaukee area before earning her bachelor’s degree in digital media from Marquette University.
During and after college, she interned for “Conan,” Apatow Productions and Arsonhouse Entertainment. She also worked as a production assistant for ABC Television and NBC Universal before returning home to Milwaukee.
