The Milwaukee regional Wisconsin Civics Games have been canceled.

School disruptions caused by this week’s frigid temperatures, among other factors, prompted several schools to withdraw today from the competition. Only two schools remained: Big Foot High School and Muskego High School. They will advance to the Feb. 23 state finals in Madison, along with two top-scoring teams from the other regional competitions.

Regionals will continue as planned in Madison, Green Bay, Platteville and Rice Lake.
