Christopher White, a group publisher for Lee Enterprises, has been appointed a vice president, the company announced Tuesday. White oversees newspapers in Wisconsin, Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota and New York.
White also serves as president and publisher of The Times Media Co., which publishes The Times of Northwest Indiana, nwitimes.com, and a number of specialty publications. He was named a group publisher for Lee in 2015.
Lee also appointed to vice president Ray Farris, president and publisher of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch and a group publisher for Lee’s East and Midwest regions.
Lee Enterprises is the parent company of the (Madison) Wisconsin State Journal, The (Racine) Journal-Times, the La Crosse Tribune and more than a dozen other Wisconsin newspapers.
