The WNA Foundation will award $2,000 scholarships to each member of the winning team of the inaugural Wisconsin Civics Games.
The scholarships, which were approved by the WNA Foundation Board at its meeting earlier this month, must be used at an in-state college or university.
The statewide Civics Games is set for Feb. 23 at the State Capitol in Madison. Two teams from each regional competition, which will be held Feb. 2, will advance to the state championship. So far, 45 schools have signed up to participate. The deadline to sign up is Dec. 3.
