Consider the WNA Foundation on Giving Tuesday

On Tuesday, Nov. 27, millions of people around the world will support causes they are passionate about as #GivingTuesday kicks off the charitable season.

We hope you will consider donating to the Wisconsin Newspaper Association Foundation.

The WNAF has launched the Wisconsin Civics Games to encourage civic education in our high schools and civic engagement in our communities. Members of the winning team each will be awarded a $2,000 scholarship to attend any Wisconsin college or university.

In addition to the Civics Games, the Foundation continues to provide internship stipends that allow college journalists to get real-world experience at Wisconsin newspapers, college scholarships and grants to high school newspaper programs. It also helps support training for professional journalists.

By supporting the WNA Foundation you’re investing in robust journalism, future newspaper leaders and informed communities.

We encourage you to join the movement and give what you can, encourage others to do the same and share why strong Wisconsin newspapers are important to you!
