Unified Newspaper Group in Verona announced Alexander Cramer has joined its staff as a reporter.
Cramer was raised in western Massachusetts and came to Madison in 2006 to study at the University of Wisconsin. He earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and traveled the country and the world. He returned to Madison in 2016 and covered the school board beat for the Middleton Times-Tribune. He was also a frequent contributor to Madison community radio station WORT’s “6 O’Clock Local News.”
Cramer’s beat will be the Village of Oregon and its surrounding communities.
