As part of the WNA Foundation’s mission to increase public awareness and appreciation of newspapers, it annually recognizes visionaries and innovators in the industry. This year’s Wisconsin Newspaper Hall of Fame banquet will be held on Thursday, Nov. 9, at The Madison Club, 5 E. Wilson St., Madison. The event, which is open to the public, will begin with a cocktail hour at 5:30 p.m. followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m. Tickets for the event, as well as corporate table sponsorships, can be purchased online.

During the banquet, the WNA also will honor this year’s Sunshine in Government Award winners. They are:
