    Judge Comment: Such a simple photo, but taken at the perfect time to make you immediately feel for the people on both sides of this story. It's hard to capture emotion this well.

    Judge Comment: The technical aspect of this photo is absolutely superb, but the other three just had stronger reader impacts.
