WNA Services, Inc. is a wholly owned for-profit subsidiary of the Wisconsin Newspaper Association, a 501(c)(6) not-for-profit trade association. Its five-member board is appointed by the WNA Board of Directors. The Services board oversees the operation of Wisconsin News Tracker (the WNA clipping service) and other activities not related to WNA membership.
Members serve one-year terms and include the WNA’s immediate past president (chairman) and first vice president; a daily and a weekly member publisher, neither of whom serve on the WNA board; and the WNA executive director (president).
